i think the phrase of the day is guilty pleasure...so-cal pop punkers A Heartwell Ending will be playing an all age show at the Roxy tonight so if you're without plans head out to the sunset strip tonight to mix it up with the barely legal crowd...xo audrey

For as long as I can remember I've hated Fergie. I don't know why. I just do. For years my hatred grew with each single. Humps? Made me want to slap her. London Bridges? Hands down one of the most irritating songs I've ever heard. And don't even get me started on the fact that her album is titled The Dutchess...its Duchess honey..Duchess...That said I have a confession to make...her current single Big Girls Don't Cry is my guilty pleasure. If you see some girl singing it at the top of her lungs driving through Beverly Hills at 9 a.m. its probably me. So i thought its only fair to congratulate the ahem...Dutchess...on her third Number 1 on Billboards Hot 100 for the song that may have finally extinguished my eternal hatred for Fergilicious...xo Audrey

Sorry about MY lack of postage.. i have a special friend in town that has been keeping me in party mode, and shit, Ive just been away from my computer! yikes!! However, last night I did get a chance to attend the Nascar party @ avalon in Hollywood. Celeb appearances included a very chic-looking paris hilton. She cut her hair short, and looks fuckin fabulous! She had a nice long dress on, and looked classy and beautiful!! Everytime I see her I'm always more impressed. She was with her sis Nikki, who I'm not the hugest fan of, and a drunken disgusting Brandon Davis.
It was douchebag (brandon's) birthday. I heard from a couple of sources that he puked all over himself, and everyone around him..causing paris and nikki to flee the scene and eventually getting himself escorted out... i guess it was his birthday.. but really??
Rihanna performed, and was AMAZING! That girl rocks. She is much much more voluptuous in person, girly gotta beyonce type butt going down. But that girl is smoking, and did a great set.
I also got a chance to talk with Heidi from the hills, since she works for SBE, and it was a bolthouse production, homegirl was one of the coordinators. She seemed very nice and in control..
Kid rock also made a quick appearance, among others I'm sure. Whoooo what a night...
After the party I went and met up with Audrey and my fav's at good ol wangs for some way too large vodka drinks. What an amazing night!!!

That's what you are if you aren't out tonight! k not really, cause its not nice to call names...but still there is way too much going on tonight to be watching The Hills...
From the Eastside to the West.....
Silverlake/Echo Park still likes to pretend that it is the artist-friendly (i.e. affordable) little hood of yesteryear and to keep up those appearances there are tons of cheap options on the Eastside tonight...Guitar Hero at Hyperion Tavern (1941 Hyperion Ave)....Craft Night at Akbar..because who doesn't love gay men, $4 cosmos, and arts and crafts....Club NME at Spaceland featuring the band that nepotism built The Like and $2.50 Pabst Blue Ribbon...
As for the Westside that's where you'll find us and everyone we know tonight....
Dj Adam 12 from She Wants Revenge is dj-ing Mr. Chris Paul 's Wednesday night party at The Green Door ...We seriously recommend checking it out... its a very sexy space in a Clue type way...
The underagers will be running amok in Hollywood tonight at Keith Wilson's Moscow, with our good friends from L.A. Riots doing a guest DJ spot and performances by Black Palms, Buddy Akai, and A for Attack...
And finally there is a free show tonight at King King featuring Sink to See, The Royal Heist, and The Transit War...whew! kisssses audrey

Remember Delia's....that wonderful catalog that all the cool girls in high school seemed to have stepped right out of...Well I was perusing their site this morning and came up with a few finds worthy of stealing from your little sister's closet...happy shopping audrey
This trench coat also comes in khaki and black but I think it really stands out in red and is priced reasonably enough, $68.50, that when you get completely over having a red trench coat there will be no guilt hangover click here to buy
As a girl who never seems to date guys taller than 5'9, I'm always on the look out for adorable flats...I especially love the button detail on these and the price $39 click here to buy
Like i said before, I have this weakness for plaid...Jordan will tell you I have some serious Angela Chase style flannels hiding at the back of my closet...I also love a bag that you can throw the contents of your life into, so for $28 this is the perfect Saturday afternoon bag...click here to buy
Honestly I don't really advise buying cheap boots or heals, but I also don't ever see myself spending $200 on a pair of blueberry colored slouchy boots so these will satisfy the craving for something funky while saving my bank account some major stress click here to buy for $59.
Finally, I know $46 is a bit pricey for a message board, but I think this is the perfect sort of baroque piece of flair...click here to buy

Well I guess its not early on real people time, but on Jordan time, after a night like lasts, 9:30am is early. Was anyone at Metal Skool last night? Audrey and I actually made it, and got to catch quite a set by the Ringers. We even got to run into our amazing friends in Oh No Not Stereo, which we are both pretty sure is the secret password to LA. You should try it out some night, "sorry miss the list is full"... ohnonotstereo? Try it out and let me know if it works...
After the ringers, we had an intermission at the dirtiest bar in LA, the rainbow bar and grill, which may or may not have involved fried food and the usual over tattooed and over hairsprayed crowd. I had a short celeb-freak out moment when Kevin Connolly briefly walked by our table, and I just stared blank. We've seen him out quite a few times, but I'm not gonna lie, I do have a small crush on the 5'4 entourage man. He was headed over to Metal Skool, and we obviously followed.
Since Audrey and I are soooo cool, we got to watch Metal Skool from the side of the stage. We made sure we stood clear of the naked 19 year olds, if you haven't seen metal skool, there is more debauchery going on, ON stage, than off. I glance over, and who do I see, my fav lil man K. Connolly hanging with Breckin Meyer! I got lots of 90's flashbacks, my favorite roll was his in Studio 54...
Whoa!! Kevin seemed to disapear, just before Mr. Meyer and motherfucking Tom Morello get dragged on stage to perform Alice in Chain's Man in a Box. Who new Breckin could play drums? Other appearances included a very intoxicated Bam Margera, which is an every monday thing. We made it back over to the Rainbow to have an intriguing conversation with some very hot boys about being raped by fat girls, cabbed it home, than Audrey and I had an hour debate about the secret over some homemade guacamole made by our favorite nebraskan. Shit where is my car?
I'm not checking that for grammatical errors.
That is all.
x and o's
